This trip began two years ago as a brain-child of Noah Howell. Noah had heard vague rumors of a remote, rugged mountain range called the Revelations and had tried to fly in there from Talkeetna but was thwarted by the weather.

Standing under the monolith of Peak 6500 we wait for the heli. The day is far from over yet. Spine Cell now stands in the light. I just skied arguably the best line of my life. Usually life altering moments are great times to take a break, reflect for a second, maybe cheers a beer. That time is not now.

Mai oui, The Big LePowSki is rolling into Salt Lake City to set up pins and knock’em down until they go click at Brighton. This is the second annual gathering of TBLP, and last year was a blast.

With Winter winding up at a lightspeed pace, frantic calls from the 307 area code started coming my way. “Cody where are you?!? Get to Jackson now!!!” I immediately fled the Canadian territories for a 17 hour, one day drive down to Jackson.

A powerful winter storm dropped three feet of snow on Sugar Bowl Resort overnight prompting the resort’s management to open the mountain for the 2009-10 season today.
